Policy for Shipping Eggs
PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASING HATCHING EGGS
Hatching eggs are sold as PREORDERS and ship in the order payment is received.
Depending on the variety and current laying patterns, shipping may occur immediately or may take several weeks. Delays can happen due to natural laying fluctuations, weather, fertility testing, or flock production. If you require eggs by a specific deadline, please message BEFORE purchasing to confirm availability.
Selecting a preferred month is a request only and is not guaranteed.
IMPORTANT – NO HATCH GUARANTEE
Hatching eggs are a gamble. Once eggs leave my hands, I cannot control:
• USPS handling
• Shipping delays
• Incubator settings
• Temperature or humidity fluctuations
• Individual incubation practices
For these reasons, hatch rates are NOT guaranteed.
Please do not order if you are not comfortable with this.
An egg not developing does NOT automatically mean it was infertile. Many factors affect development during incubation.
I test fertility regularly and do not ship eggs unless fertility here is looking good. If fertility drops, orders may be delayed until it improves. This ensures you receive the best possible chance for success.
SHIPPING POLICY
I guarantee eggs will be:
• Fresh
• Unwashed
• Uncracked at time of shipment
If eggs arrive physically cracked due to shipping, you must message me within 24 hours and provide clear photos of the damaged eggs and packaging. Cracked eggs due to shipping will be replaced when possible.
I am not responsible for USPS delays once the package leaves my possession.
If a package is lost and tracking has not updated for several days, you may file a claim with USPS after 15 days.
REFUND POLICY
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of payment.
After 12 hours, all sales are final.
If canceled within the 12-hour window, refunds will be issued minus 5% to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
I reserve the right to cancel any order at my discretion.

Unfortunately Wait Lists got too complicated. We have decided to only do Preorders. I do understand that some are not comfortable with that, so be sure to keep an eye on our Facebook page. We will post there when we have extras available to ship.
Once you have placed your orders, your order number will go onto our google doc. Once we have an estimate on when your order may ship you can find it there. Please keep in mind that these are approximate dates, and they could change at any time.
