All egg purchases are a Preorder.  Your payment for eggs will get you on the list for eggs, and we work down this list as we ship.  Depending on which eggs you purchase, they could ship instantly or be delayed a few weeks or a few months.  We can no longer issue refunds.  If you are not ok with the possibility of a delay, it is best you purchase your eggs elsewhere.

These Surprise Dozens are a fun and unique option for those who enjoy variety and the excitement of hatching a mix from multiple breeding pens.
 
Each order may include a beautiful assortment of eggs from our established lines, such as:
Bantam Cochins:
Calico (Frizzle possible), Bobtail, Furness, Lavender (Frizzle possible)
Silkies:
Buff and Chocolate (NN possible)
All feather types are possible.
 
Because these are a mixed selection, specific breeds, colors, or traits cannot be requested or guaranteed.
 
How Surprise Dozens Work
Surprise Dozens are filled as eggs become available after scheduled orders are collected.
This allows us to offer a rotating mix of what our flock is producing at that time.
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are placed and may carry over to the following week depending on availability.
 
Shipping & Important Information
You are purchasing fertile hatching eggs, not live chicks.
We test fertility regularly and only ship eggs when we are seeing good development in our own incubators.
Please note that hatch rates cannot be guaranteed due to variables outside of our control, including shipping conditions and incubation practices.
If you are not comfortable with this risk, please do not place an order.

    Please understand that all eggs are preorders! I do understand that you have the ability to pick a shipping month, but please understand that things can happen beyond my control - For example: Broodies, chickens slow down with laying, fertility test did not go well, and sometimes even life can create delays. Though I try my best to not let my personal life affect egg shipping sometimes it does.

    If this is an issue with you, please do not order eggs from our farm.
