Everything you need to know before placing your order.
Ordering
All hatching eggs are sold as preorders and ship in the order they are received as eggs become available.
Shipping timeframes depend on laying schedules, weather, flock production, and fertility testing.
If you need eggs by a certain date, please contact me before purchasing.
Shipping

Eggs are shipped fresh.

Eggs are unwashed.

Eggs are inspected before shipping.

Orders ship Monday–Wednesday to reduce weekend delays.
If eggs arrive damaged, please contact me within 24 hours with photos of both the eggs and the shipping box.
Fertility & Hatch Rates
Every egg is collected from healthy breeding birds and fertility is monitored regularly.
Unfortunately, once eggs leave my hands, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside my control, including:
• Shipping
• USPS handling
• Incubation practices
• Temperature and humidity
• Individual incubator performance
Please order only if you understand the risks associated with shipped hatching eggs.
Refunds & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, all sales are final.
Refunds issued during the cancellation window will be less the payment processor's non-refundable transaction fees.
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at my discretion.
Shipping Dates
Shipping estimates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed.
If production changes or weather delays occur, your shipping date may change.

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks
I want every customer to have a positive experience. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact me first so I have the opportunity to make things right.

Hatch rates cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside my control.

Refunds are governed by the cancellation policy outlined above.
Submitting a payment dispute or chargeback does not change the terms of this agreement. If a chargeback is filed for an order that complies with these policies, Crazy Glamorous Co. reserves the right to provide this policy, order records, communications, shipping documentation, and proof of delivery to the payment processor as evidence in response to the dispute.
